Real Estate is Personal.

Brent Jones and Brendan Bush founded FORM Santa Fe because they believe you deserve a real estate experience that leaves you feeling seen, supported, and cared for — long after the papers are signed.

Brendan was absolutely incredible to work with. I felt so taken care of as a first time home buyer.

—Leigh, Santa Fe Buyer

How FORM Came to Be

Founded in Santa Fe by two brokers who believed this work deserved a higher standard — and built a practice around proving it.

We started at Santa Fe Properties (now Corcoran Plaza Properties) around the same time, got put in the same office, and started talking. About real estate, about Santa Fe, about what we both believed this work could look like when two people with complementary skills and genuinely high standards decided to team up.

We became friends before we became partners, realizing we had a shared history and way of living that created an immediate bond. That order matters to us — because the trust we offer clients has to start somewhere, and for us it started with each other.

We saw an opportunity to redefine what buyers and sellers can expect from a real estate broker in Santa Fe. That means doing whatever it takes to present a listing at its absolute best — regardless of price point. It means hosting an open house armed with comparables, market analysis, and a paper trail to answer all possible buyer questions. It means two brokers independently running a comparative market analysis and reconciling the difference — because one analysis is an opinion, two is a conversation.

The name reflects something we both believe. In architecture, form is the visible expression of structure and intention. A well-formed building doesn't happen by accident — it's the result of careful thought, the right materials, and attention to every detail.

We think real estate should work the same way, and we'd love to show you what that feels like.

Before I was a real estate broker, I was a CPA. That background shaped how I think — analytically, precisely, and always with an eye on the details that other people can miss. I spent 24 years as a real estate agent in Denver before relocating to Santa Fe, seeking a more sustainable pace of life. One thing that remains consistent between these two markets: every client's situation is unique, and deserves my full attention and energy.

I'm a straight talker and a high-energy advocate for my clients. I'll tell you what I think, push hard for what you deserve, and never stop looking for the angle that gets you the best possible outcome.

I spent 20 years in digital marketing as a software product manager — a role that put empathetic listening at the center of everything. Understanding what people truly need, identifying their biggest challenges, and collaborating on creative, tailored solutions — that skill set wasn't left behind when I got my real estate license. It became the foundation of how I work.

My family moved to Santa Fe in 2024, choosing it deliberately — drawn by the light, the landscape, and a city that felt exactly like where we were supposed to be. That's the same intentionality I bring to every client relationship. This work, for me, has never been about transactions. It's about showing up fully for people navigating one of the biggest decisions of their lives — and making sure they feel that I'm working with them, not for them.

Preparing a Santa Fe Home for Market Without Over-Improving

By Brendan Bush | February 15, 2026

If you’re thinking about selling a home in Santa Fe, the instinct to start fixing everything is almost universal. Paint, landscaping, appliances, lighting, flooring—before long the list can grow into a full renovation plan. The motivation is understandable: sellers want their home to show well and command the strongest possible price. But in practice, the […]

What Santa Fe Buyers Should Re-Evaluate at the Start of a New Year

By Brendan Bush | January 16, 2026

The beginning of a new year has a way of sharpening perspective. In Santa Fe real estate, that moment is especially useful. Market conditions evolve, financing environments shift, and personal priorities tend to clarify after a year of lived experience. Buyers who take the time to re-evaluate how they approach the search—rather than simply resuming […]
